Game Design Portfolio

I am a Game Designer based in Cologne. My passion is creating meaningful player experiences through thoughtful systems and mechanics. I bring a blend of creativity and technical understanding to every project.

Since completing my B.A. in Digital Games with a specialization in Game Design, I've been creating educational games professionally and working on small game jam projects with a dedicated team. Here are two projects I'm especially proud of, where I contributed as both a game designer and technical designer.

Romanesco the Game

Protect your coral against alien creatures as you swim endlessly in deep waters of an unknown planet.

During my studies, I worked on a variety of student projects that laid the foundation for my game development experience. Through team projects, I learned the value of collaboration, iteration, feedback, and adapting designs under tight deadlines. My solo project allowed me to experience development from different disciplines' perspectives, understanding the challenges each one faces. By delivering games across various genres, I discovered my strengths in the development process, particularly in gameplay design, systems design, and content implementation.
